Located within the Wirraway Precinct of Fishermans Bend, this development is in the perfect location to provide vital and necessary amenities to the growing community of the new family friendly neighbourhood. Wirraway Central offers a combination of supermarkets, commercial, retail and apartment living – all in the heart of the new Wirraway Precinct.

Weaving nature and architecture together, the design creates series of patterns and spaces that create light, shade, depth and relief to the streetscape, whilst generating a visually striking design. Separated into 4 unique towers, Wirraway Central is home to 336 apartments varying in a range of sizes.

Elegant landscaping is also incorporated throughout the design, providing natural green facades, playful and engaging communal rooftops for residents, and a large public plaza at the intersection of Salmon Street and Plummer Street for the community.
