The proposed development composes of five elements – podium, atrium, top of podium, tower and the solar panel façade – combined to create a high-quality sustainable design. Through careful consideration of heights, setbacks and ESD features, the proposed development seeks to create a design that not only adds to the precinct’s character, but also to set an exemplary standard in environmentally sustainable design.
